Discover your Team Communication Style

This course helps participants uncover their own unique communication style and demonstrates how each individual's behaviour & communication impacts their team's success and contributes to creating a healthy or toxic work environment.

Through a series of interactive exercises, the team will break down their communication and come to accept their different styles and preferences of communicating and working together. The course focuses on bringing humour to a topic that is sometimes difficult to talk about and open up the communication lines of any team!

Tower of Teamwork

Many of us do not realize how we approach teamwork until we are in the thick of a real situation! This teambuilding exercise requires teams to work together towards a common goal as they face many internal and external obstacles that are sure to test their teamwork!

This interactive and hands-on simulation gets everyone on their feet and allows your employees to experience new perspectives alongside their teammates about how their teamwork style impacts others and the team's overall performance.. It is a great addition to your existing training programs and/or conferences, and can also be extended into a full team building program for your organization.

Stress Scaventure

Green Team Scaventure

The Green Team Scaventure is a unique teambuilding event that allows teams to uncover how their unique communication style impacts others while embarking on a challenging photo adventure. 

The event begins with a fun activity that introduces the concept of communication styles to the team and allows each team member to identify their own communication style. With this knowledge in hand, the team is divided into equal teams and competes in a Scaventure – a combination of a scavenger hunt and digital photo shoot that is sure to bring laughs long after the event!
