Length: 2-4 hours
Audience: Teams or organizations looking to explore team dynamics and motivation.
Description: Participants are placed in small groups and tasked with designing and building Canada's newest tourist attraction. Each team is given a budget and limited building supplies to complete their task during the constrained time frame. Each participant is also assigned to play a role in the development of their attraction which allows them to experience different organizational roles first hand and the impact that communication and delegation can have on team members.
This interactive and hands-on simulation exercise is sure to get everyone on their feet and allow your employees to experience new perspectives alongside their teammates. It is a great addition to your existing training programs and/or conferences, and can also be extended into a full team building program for your organization.
